Learn Chinese cooking from real cooking master. <br /><br />Fish Curry with Rice & Veg <br /><br />Serves two<br /><br />Ingriedents<br /><br />2 pieces Hake fish<br />½ tsp Coriander Powder<br />½ tsp Garlic Powder<br />½ tsp Turmeric <br />½ tsp Ginger powder<br />½ tsp Chilli powder<br />½ tsp Ground cumin<br />1 tsp Masala curry powder<br />1½ medium onion<br />1 large tomato<br />2 large garlic <br />1 red chilli<br />1 green chilli<br />coconut oil<br />100ml fresh chicken stock<br />Salt & Pepper to taste<br />10 okra (lady finger)<br />50g beansprout<br />rice<br /><br />Mix all powders together <br />Slightly fry one chopped onion in ½ tsp coconut oil then add chopped tomato & 1 tbls of curry powder mix & chopped chilli, continue to fry on medium heat to make curry paste. <br /><br />add ½ teaspoon coconut oil to hot pan, sear fish both sides, take 4-5mins<br />add fish to curry paste as well as 100ml of fresh chicken stock. Cover pan and cook for further 5-10mins until fish is cooked and tender<br /><br />add ½ tsp of coconut oil to pan, add sliced onion & chopped garlic, fry for 1-2mins until soft then add okra & beansprouts stir fry for a few mins & add ½ tsp curry powder mix & 2/3 spoons of chicken stock, cook for further 2-3mins serve with or without drizzle of soy sauce<br /><br />add salt and pepper to taste as required<br /><br />Steamed Basmati Rice 250g
