Video has emerged of shop fronts in Paris being damaged after hundreds took part in protests against President Emmanuel Macron's labour reforms. <br /><br />In the video, filmed today (November 16), glass front windows of a branch of insurance firm AXA on Boulevard Voltaire have been damaged. <br /><br />According to the filmer, the protesters threw pieces of tarmac at windows. <br /><br />Another shop on the same street has been completely boarded up.<br /> <br />Large crowds gathered on Thursday (November 16) across the country to protest against Macron's so-called liberal measures aimed at simplifying France's "code du travail (labour code)."<br /><br />At least 170 protests were called all over the country by unions according to local media.
