Footage has emerged of three men appearing to steal a moped outside Stockwell Tube station in London. <br /><br />The video, shot by a cyclist on November 16, shows the men approaching the moped rider as he is stopped at a red light. <br /><br />Then, one of them seems to punch the moped driver while another one gets on the vehicle and rides away.<br /><br />"I pulled up to the traffic lights and heard some shouting behind and saw these guys arguing with one of the moped riders," the filmer wrote online. <br /><br />"Shortly after it got physical and next thing I know one of the guys has punched one of the riders and stolen his moped."
