When flooding hit Skikda, Algeria earlier this week, one man made the most of the conditions by getting out his jetski.<br /><br />A video filmed on November 14 showed the man cruising down a flooded road.<br /><br />Heavy rain on Monday caused the flooding in Skikda which lies on the coast about 500 kilometres east of the capital.
