Do we have a rekindled romance in the works?!<br /><br />In a sneak peek clip for the Teen Mom 2 reunion special, Dr. Drew confronted Leah Messer</a> and Jeremy Calvert about their relationship and if they are getting back together!<br /><br />"Is this relationship being rekindled," Dr. Drew asked him via Skype</a>. He replied with a huge smile on his face, "This is f*****g awkward!"<br /><br />As fans know, the two former spouses were married from 2012 to 2015. They share one daughter together, Addie.<br /><br />The Teen Mom 2 reunion airs tonight at 9pm ET, only on MTV!
