<p>Hundreds of demonstrators gathered outside President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Florida estate on November 21, demanding for Haitian immigration reform. On Monday, the Trump administration announced the end to Temporary Protected Status (TPS).</p><p>With the end of TPS, nearly 60,000 Haitian immigrants with provisional legal residency would have to leave</a> the country within 18 months. The original law would have allowed them to remain in the country for more than seven years.</p><p>The ruling prompted protests outside Trump’s Florida estate.
