The United Nations Command (UNC) has released a CCTV video of the dramatic escape of a North Korean soldier across to the South Korean border. <br /> <br />In the video North Korean border guards were shown pursuing him and opened fire. The defector was critically wounded in the incident and was hit four times. <br /> <br />According to the UNC North Korea breached the 1953 inter-korean armistice agreement when they fired across the Military Demarcation Line and when one of them briefly crossed the line.
