Press briefing by 'Nzuko Umunna' led by former CBN governor Chukwuma Soludo, Pat Utomi after a visit to Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje Prison.<br /><br />Soludo, Utomi, 6 other stakeholders paid a historic visit to Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje prison.<br />The former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Chukwuma Soludo, on Tuesday, February 28, paid a historic visit to the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Nnamdi Kanu.<br />Soludo who was accompanied by renowned economist Pat Utomi alongside six others were at the Kuje Prison were they met with Kanu and three of his co-accused.<br />While the purpose of the visit is not yet clear, NAIJ.com gathered that the visit was made under the umbrella of Nzuko Umuna, a coalition of Igbo group.<br />Sources told NAIJ.com that the group cuts across all the major groups in the South-East including those in diaspora.<br />Also Tony Nnadi, the secretary general of the Lower Niger Congress who was part of the visit told NAIJ.com that the group will work with all aggrieved Igbo groups<br />Nnadi said: "We have announced a process, on January 1, 2017, the LNC rolled out a registration of three million volunteers who want a referendum."<br />"The matter now is how to put a date for the referendum and go to vote," Nnadi said.<br />Below is a full list of those who accompanied Soludo:<br />1.
