On Friday, July 21, Shakiru Alabi Balogun, a chairmanship aspirant in Igando area of Lagos state, was reportedly crushed to death by one of the trucks parked along the road in the area.<br /><br />One week later, the residents of the area took to the streets to protest the death of the the man they regarded as their saviour.<br /><br />NAIJ.com TV visited the site of the protest and spoke with some of the people at the scene.
