Easy to follow steps:<br />1. Make a slit across the length of one side of each green chili peppers from the stem down to the tip.<br />2. Gently scrape the seeds inside the chili pepper.<br />3. Gently stuff each chili pepper with cheese.<br />4. Place one stuffed chili pepper on the lumpia wrapper.<br />Roll tightly to fully cover chili pepper. Leave the stem exposed.<br />5. Wrap each with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.<br />6. Deep fry until they're golden brown.<br />7. Serve while it's hot and crunchy with garlic mayo dip.
