Take about a spoonful of beef mixture and place it into the bottom of an onion ring. <br />4. Press a cheddar cheese into the middle of the beef and then seal it with another spoonful of the beef.<br />5. Pour the bread crumbs, flour, and eggs, into three different bowls.<br />6. Dip an onion ring into the flour, then into the egg, then into the bread crumbs, and back to the eggs, and into the breadcrumbs as finale.<br />7. Deep fry the onion rings until they turn golden-brown.
