<p>Cars and buildings were damaged by severe flooding in the Jamaican resort city of Montego Bay on November 22.</p><p>Montego Bay’s Rubis gas station and nearby homes were damaged by the floodwaters, while cars in basement parking lots were submerged, the Jamaica Observer</a> reported.</p><p>Prime Minister of Jamaica Andrew Holness announced</a> that on Thursday he would visit the areas of Montego Bay ravaged by flooding. He said: “The country has been experiencing unprecedented levels of rainfall since March this year.
