Sea foam caused chaos in Cleveleys in northwest England on Wednesday evening.<br /><br />A combination of high tide and high winds sent sea foam swirling into the road next to Rossall Beach on the Fylde Coast between Blackpool and Fleetwood. <br /><br />In video filmed today (November 22), cars can be seen slowing down and coming to a complete halt as sea foam swirls and settles over the sea wall.
