The communications director for besieged Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore resigned from the campaign on Wednesday with less than three weeks left before the Alabama special election in December. John Rogers quit his post without giving reasons for his departure and offered no further comments to the press. Moore is currently running as a Republican for an open Senate seat in Alabama. <br />
