<p>President Emmanuel Macron revealed how much he dislikes being whistled at during his speech to the congress of mayors in Paris on November 23.</p><p>After he spoke about the government’s aim to abolish property taxes for 80 percent of people, there was some discord from the audience, made up of mayors from across France.</p><p>Macron responded that, during the presidential campaign, he was “widely whistled at.” He was, he said, “maybe one of the most whistled at.
