Footage of two allegedly drunk men causing a traffic jam as they sit in the middle of a road to dine.<br /><br />In the video, shot in Changsha City in Hunan Province on November 22, motorists can be heard honking at the oblivious pair.<br /><br />According to local news, two men were inebriated and were later taken away by police.
