An amusing video from Australia of a man attempting to pay a 60 Australian dollar parking fine in 5 and 10 cent pieces.<br /><br />In the clip, which was filmed in Adelaide, the man empties a large bag of coins on the counter of the local council office and slides them onto the cashier's desk.<br /><br />The cashier refuses to accept the coins and an argument breaks out. <br /><br />Eventually the filmer walks out insisting he has paid his fine.
