<p>A Shia militia allied with the Iraqi army can be seen firing automatic weapons and cheering in the Anbar desert on November 22 after what was likely a successful engagement against Islamic State militants in the area.</p><p>This footage, taken at the front line, shows fighters cheering and firing automatic weapons.
