President Donald Trump is urging passing of the new tax bill.<br />Trump summoned Senate Republican tax-writers to the White House on Monday to discuss the bill.<br />Congressional fiscal analysts say the bill would balloon the federal deficit by $1.4 trillion over a decade.<br />The Senate could vote on the bill as soon as Thursday.<br />Overhauling the tax code is seen by Republicans as their last chance to score a significant legislative achievement in 2017. <br />
