Sweet Spice Dry Rub <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar <br />1/4 cup (60 mL) coarse salt <br />3 Tbsp (45 mL) cracked black pepper <br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) ground white pepper <br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) cracked mustard seeds <br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) cracked coriander seeds <br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) garlic, granulated <br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) onion powder <br />1 Tbsp (15 mL) red chili flakes <br />1 Tbsp (15 mL) dill seed <br /> <br />Method: <br />Grind the whole spices <br />Mix all ingredients. <br />Keep stored in an air tight container for up to 3 months. <br />Makes about 2 cups. <br /> <br />Prep Time: 10 Minutes <br />Servings: 2 cups
