Hey Friends, <br /> <br />*Please check the description below for all Ingredients and full Method of Preparation of this recipe. <br /> <br /> <br />This recipe is simple, easy to cook, tasty, delicious, restaurant style which we can prepare at home. <br /> <br />So lets start preparing it. <br /> <br />Lets quick start now. <br /> <br />Ingriedients: <br /> <br />Curd or Yogurt 1 dish, Jeera, Raai, Curry Leaves, 3-4 Green Chillies, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Garlic etc. <br />Powderred Spices: Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder Or Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder etc. <br />4-5 tbsp Oil, Salt etc. <br />So lets start preparing. <br /> <br />Procedure: <br /> <br />Take one kadhai and put it on low gas flame. <br />Once kadhai becomes hot add 3-4 tbsp of Oil into it. <br />Now once oil becomes hot add 1tbsp of Jeera and 1tbsp of Raai into it. <br />When tadtad sound of Jeera and Mohri starts coming from kadhai, add grated ginger and garlic into it <br />Also add curry leaves into it. <br />Then cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame till Ginger Garlic turns brown in colour. <br />Once Ginger Garlic becomes brown in colour, add chopped green chillies and cook for 2 minutes more till green chillies getting fried properly. <br />After 2-3 minutes add 1tbsp of turmeric powder and mix it well. <br />Cook for one more minute. <br />Now add Curd Or yougurt with water into it. <br />P.S. : We are adding curd water which is made in Mixer Jar by adding yougurt and water and finely blended with water in mixer jar. We can call it as Chhaas. <br />After adding above Chhaass, mix well and stir for one minute. <br />Now cook for 5 more minutes on low gas flame till it starts boiling. <br />After 5 minutes add Salt as per the taste and mix well and keep cooking for 2 more minutes. <br />After cooking for 2-3 more minutes we will add Chopped Corriander Leaves into it. <br />Now stir well and cook for 2 minutes more. <br />After 2 minutes almost our Dahi Curry or Yogurt Curry will be ready. <br />Now Shut off the gas flame and serve hott. <br />Our Dahi Curry or Yogurt Curry is ready to serve. <br /> <br /> <br />We can serve it hot with Rice or we can drink it hot also. <br /> <br />Enjoy your tasty, delicious Dahi Curry or Yogurt Curry recipe at home. <br /> <br />Copy this or make it offline or bookmark this link so you can check later while preparing at home for all steps and details. <br /> <br />So our Dahi Curry or Yogurt Curry is must try dish at home for everyone.
