Bizarre footage from China of a man painting his own road signs in an attempt to alleviate traffic. <br /><br />In the CCTV video, captured in Lianyungang City in northern Shanghai's Jiangsu Province on November 27, a man in a red jacket can be seen squatting in the middle of a busy road painting arrows.<br /><br />Eventually, police officers arrive at the scene to stop the man, named as Xiao Cai.<br /><br />Police fined the man and returned the road signs back to normal.
