<p>A youth in an inflatable raft floated down Melbourne’s rain-swollen Yarra River on Saturday, December 2, following heavy rains in Victoria.</p><p>“It was the second day of heavy rains,” uploader Jason Murhy told Storyful, “and despite non-stop warnings of the dangers of playing in flood waters, the young men of Melbourne were messing about in boats.”</p><p>More than 43 mm of rain had fallen in Melbourne in the 24 hours between early Saturday and early Sunday, The Age reported</a>.
