It's been a rough road for Farrah Abraham!<br /><br />In a bonus clip for Teen Mom OG, the single mother looks back on her years of grieving the loss of her ex-boyfriend, Derek, and the father of her daughter, Sophia. As fans may know, Derek tragically passed away before Sophia was born.<br /><br />"When I look back I am always so thankful that I started to do therapy for grieving for the loss of Sophia's father, Derek," Farrah explained. "Even though I used to get kicked out of class because I would be crying and I had to be put on emotional medication because I was losing it at times, that's just a process so many people go through and I'm happy I didn't suppress my emotions, I really persevered through it all."<br /><br />She added, "I'm happy that I am healthy and strong and I got my groove back finally."<br /><br />Teen Mom OG airs Monday nights at 9pm ET, only on MTV!
