<p>A snowstorm with blizzard conditions dropped several inches of snow in Minnesota’s Twin Cities area on Monday, December 4.</p><p>The National Weather Service observed</a> up to eight inches of snow northeast of the cities with lesser amounts in and around Minneapolis and St. Paul.
