Tens of thousands of Southern California residents are under mandatory evacuation.<br />Less than a day after a wildfire sparked in Ventura County, the blaze has scorched over 45,500 acres.<br />The fire has spread quickly due to continued gusts from Santa Winds.<br />Known as the Thomas Fire, the brush fire has destroyed at least 150 structures.<br />Fire officials added that 27,000 residents in Ventura County are also under mandatory evacuation. <br />
