Woman in 'wrong-way crash' charged with drug abuse

The 19-year-old woman implicated in the wrong-way car crash in Penang earlier this week, has been charged in court with drug abuse this morning.<br /><br />But Ng Pei Ven, who is a part-time model, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
