This is the moment a go-kart racer spins out of control, flying into spectators at high speed. <br /><br />In the video, filmed on December 2 at the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse, a racer is coming around the corner on the oval track before suddenly losing control, overturning and slamming into spectators.<br /><br />According to the filmer, a seven-year-old boy was "thrown out of the door" in the collision and the driver suffered a broken pelvis and tailbone. There were no fatalities, according to the filmer. <br /><br />"Oh my god, oh my god!" one onlooker can be heard saying in the aftermath.<br /><br />People rush over to the driver to check on his condition.<br /><br />A man can be heard saying: "I think somebody's out in the hallway." <br /><br />"There were a couple of people that got hit," a woman says.<br /><br />Organisers dub the event as the US northeast's "premier indoor kart race known" and as "the most intense oval racing imaginable".
