On Tuesday, Congressman John Conyers retired from Congress amid accusations of sexual misconduct.<br />Conyers is the longest serving member of Congress and the founder of the Congressional Black Caucus.<br />Today a new complaint has been lodged against Conyers.<br />Courtney Morse, 36, said she was a 20-year-old college student when Conyers propositioned her.<br />On Tuesday, she said she believes Conyers resigned to escape further scrutiny.<br />Morse claims she rejected Conyers advances. <br />
