Water Tankers Brought in as Manus Island Refugees 'Left Without Water' for Hours

<p>Refugees at the East Lorengau Transit Centre on Manus Island said a water tanker was brought in after they were left without water for eight hours on December 6.</p><p>The group, communicating through a messaging app, said the water was cut because of a “mistake” by workers on the island.
