<p>The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office has released dashcam footage from the evening of December 6 showing the graphic collision of a deer and two vehicles along Briarwood Lane Northeast in the city of East Bethel, Minnesota.</p><p>The crash was technically classified as a “secondary deer collision,” the accompanying Facebook post reads. The footage shows a deer running in front of an oncoming car, and the ensuing collision sends the animal flying against the windshield of the police vehicle.</p><p>The deputy driving the patrol car suffered minor injuries during the crash.</p><p>“Most deer collisions are unavoidable circumstances, but all drivers should be as cautious as they can when traveling in open, wooded areas,” the Facebook post reads.
