I’ve compiled a few quick tips to help us get off our phones and engaged in real life. <br /> <br />1) Screen-Free Saturdays. Put your phone under your bed, leave the house and take the entire day off of social media. <br />2) Delete at least one of your favorite social media apps off your phone to cut down on your usage. <br />3) Use a social media scheduler app that posts for you, so you can remain active online while focusing on the finer things in life. <br /> <br />It’s not going to be easy, but together, we can fight FOMO.
