A federal appeals court in Virginia heard arguments on December 8th over the latest iteration of the president's travel ban.<br />During the hearing, the panel of judges posed aggressive questions to the Justice Department attorney regarding recent tweets by the president.<br />Last week, President Donald Trump posted a string of controversial videos originating from a far-right British extremist.<br />The videos portrayed Muslims with a violent and negative connotation.<br />Although the deputy assistant attorney stated the tweets were not legally relevant to the travel ban, the three-judge panel disagreed. <br />
