Rapper Lil Peep, who was found dead on November 15, died of an overdose of fentanyl and Xanax, according to a toxicology report from the Pima County Medical Examiner. Us Weekly reports the 21-year-old succumbed to "the combined toxic effects of fentanyl and alprazolam." The report states that Peep's death was accidental. Peep was found unresponsive on his tour bus just before a concert that was scheduled to happen in Tucson. <br />
