Footage of long queues at Zurich Airport in Switzerland filmed this afternoon (December 10). <br /><br />Some passengers, including the filmer, were trying to get back to the UK, where many flights had been diverted, delayed or cancelled due to snow. <br /><br />Swiss Air received messages from unhappy customers on social media who complained of a lack of information.<br /><br />Eleanor Poyner tweeted: "@FlySWISS queuing for 4 hours @zrh_airport and no water or info! Called @FlySWISS who said they would get back to me in 24 hours!"<br /><br />@simonwalter_i tweeted: "@FlySwiss currently stranded with many others at Zurich airport, no service, no organisation, no information, no nothing. What a joke for a apparently swiss company. Truly disappointed by how you’re handling this."
