Cute video of a boy struggling to understand how to blow out birthday candles. <br /><br />The video, shot in Manhattan, New York City, shows Jax hardly blowing on the candle to put it out. <br /><br />"He didn’t get the concept so he was basically talking to the candles," his mother wrote online.
