President Trump's declaration that Jerusalem was Israel's capital triggered shock in the international community and outrage among Palestinians.<br />According to NBC News, Hamas and Hezbollah leaders reacted by calling for a third intifada--or uprising--against Israel.<br />But Palestinians at home and abroad have largely let things fizzle out.<br />In essence, it's a shrug of indifference directed at Palestinian leadership. <br />
