<br /> <p>A bull suffered a broken leg during a bull-riding event at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Saturday, December 9, causing outrage among animal rights activists.</p><p>The RSPCA called for a ban on the sport after the animal reportedly broke its hind leg and was later euthanased, according to the Adelaide Advertiser</a>. The event was held by Professional Bullriders Australia.</p><p>“We are shocked and appalled by this incident and our inspectors will launch an investigation,” RSPCA South Australia said in a post to Facebook. “This bull’s injury was unnecessary and could have been avoided.
