<br /> <p>The Portuguese Air Force transported a passenger who was in need of medical aid from the cruise ship Aida Blu on Monday, December 11.</p><p>According to local reports from Expresso</a> and Correio de Manha</a>, the passenger, a 47-year-old man, required “urgent medical care.” His condition was not specified, but he was taken via helicopter to Lisbon’s Aerodromo de Transito No. 1, a military airport, for assistance.</p><p>At the time of the rescue, the Aida Blu had sailed more than 155 miles from Montijo, a municipality in western Portugal.
