<br /> Now not having to worry about British opposition, European Union nations decided on Thursday to integrate their defenses.<br />According to Reuters, 25 EU governments launched a pact to fund, develop and deploy armed forces together.<br />First blocked by the French and later by Britain, the pact aims to end the squandering of billions of euros by splintered defense policies.<br />European Council President Donald Tusk deemed the move “bad news for our enemies”. <br />
