Based between Johannesburg and Los Angeles, he has been extremely active on both music fronts. From humble beginnings in P.E. working at a shop selling music instruments, he has worked is his way into the inner circles of the who's who in the international entertainment industry, rubbing shoulders with Hollywood hot shots and playing in both Joburg and L.A.'s most prestigious clubs. While preparing to return to Los Angeles on a more permanent basis, Tim produced his first album, "Shadow of your imagination", while nurturing local talent, teaching guitar, music and drums to young students in Joburg. His album was received very well in the media, enjoying steady rotation on Highveld Stereo, described by Leisure Options Magazine as containing "flowing melodies and original ideas, with catchy songs ranging from the slow paced to tracks buzzing with liveliness."
