The same applies to Lucas Nord’s latest album, fittingly titled, Company - which, despite its dizzying synths and infectious bass, is at it’s core a break-up album. Written after the sparks had gone out, the Swedish artist cunningly disguises melancholy melodies with dance ready hooks, creating anthems that can only be described as a tears-on-the-dancefloor collection of pop songs.
