She got discovered during the 4th season of The Voice of Romania. Her sensitive performances of such songs as Wrecking ball, I dreamed a dream, My immortal got her into the semifinals. Although she didn’t win, she blew everybody away with her powerful, yet emotional voice.<br /><br />After the show Ligia started writing her own songs and she is currently working on her first album. Fire Gun, her first single, co-written with the talented producer Vicky Red (Otherside), is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2016.<br /><br />Ligia Hojda is constantly touring in Romania, where she opened for top pop and pop rock acts such as Vama and Carla’s Dreams.
