What you get is heartbreaking, optimistically forlorn vocals. Soaring, California-gnarly guitar lines and lock-tight, freight-train rhythms that could level a derelict building.<br /><br />In the trenches of recording their first full-length album at the world-famous Sonic Ranch studios in El Paso, Texas, brothers Blair Dewane (lead vocals) and Ian Dewane (lead guitar), Mike Weller (bass), and Mike McGuinness (percussion) are right on the cusp of figuring out what it's all about.<br /><br />They have the local accolades. They've opened for Chuck Ragan, Sixto "Sugar Man" Rodriguez, Deerhunter, Lord Huron, The Ataris, Bleachers, Built to Spill and Noel Gallagher. They've been an official showcasing band at SXSW. (Twice.)
