Mike is joined by two-time Grammy nominee Frank Parker (Kurt Elling Quartet) on drums and Krakow, Poland's fiery tenor saxophonist Slawek Pezda. <br /><br />Together, they inject the jazz trio format with the raw energy of Rock, the sensitivity of Classical, the textural palette of the Avant-Garde, and all the rhythmic and harmonic diversity of Modern Jazz. <br /><br />In November '14 the trio completed a marathon tour, playing 27 concerts in 27 nights across 4 countries in Fall '15 they played 30 concerts across 6 countries. In April '16 they released 'Alive Out There', a live album recorded on their Fall '15 tour.
