The Federal Communications Commission has voted to repeal rules set in place to define net neutrality.<br />Voting along party lines, the FCC voted 3-to-2 to overturn the Obama administration rules.<br />But individual states are already preparing a legal challenge to the Trump administration's decision.<br />Lawmakers in California and Washington have even called for similar rules to be developed into state laws. <br />
