Tropical Storm Kai-tak Sparks Landslide in Leyte

<p>Motorists in the Philippines were blocked from travelling along a road in Capoocan, Leyte province, after Tropical Storm Kai-tak caused a landslide on Saturday, December 16.</p><p>This video of the scene on a road near the village of Lemon was shared on Facebook by witness Imelda Pore Palencia. It shows desperate efforts by local authorities to clear the road with a digger. Motorists can be seen standing next to their cars while they wait for the road to be cleared.</p><p>Local government officials advised against driving large vehicles along the roads of Capoocan after the landslide, local site GMA News Network reported</a>.
