<p>Tropical Storm Kai-tak brought heavy rainfall to parts of the Philippines on Saturday, December 16, leaving parts of the country submerged under water.</p><p>At least three people in the Philippines have been killed by the storm, which is known locally as Tropical Storm Urduja, CNN Philippines reported</a>.
