<p>A pair of swimmers swept out to the sea by a rip were rescued in a combined effort by a rescue helicopter and a nearby surfer off a beach on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, on Sunday, December 17.</p><p>Both teenage swimmers, who drifted around 100 metres from shore, were brought safely back to shore with the help of a surfer, Surf Life Saving Queensland said.
