<p>Heavy rains hit central Philippines’ Aklan province as Tropical Depression Kai-tak, locally known as Urduja, made landfall for the fourth time on Sunday, December 17, online news site Rappler</a> reported.</p><p>This video, taken by a husband and wife duo travelling in Aklan, shows flooded streets and rainy conditions in the municipality of Malay.</p><p>Tropical cyclone signal number 1 was raised in Aklan, as well as nearby provinces Romblon, Palawan, southern Mindoro and northern Antique, as the storm caused flooding and landslides and led to at least three deaths.</p><p>The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the storm packed maximum sustained winds of up to 45 kph north-northwest of Palawan as of 10 am December 18</a>.
